Our state-of-the-art facilities in Lincolnshire boast some of the largest and most advanced spray-painting technology in the area.
We have recently installed a 8m x 5m x 3.5m spray oven complete with 7m roller shutter door manufactured by Spraybooth Technology, a recognised market leader. We can accommodate structures of up to 7m x 4m x 3m.
As a result we can paint large items in a controlled environment quickly and to a first-class standard. Items can be handled as soon as they’ve completed due to the 40-minute bake cycle at 80°C. In other words there’s no need to wait for the paint to cure, making our process perfect for when time is of the essence.
